just go to ranCP site - http://continue.to/tachrisran . log-in then log-out.
if error occured like this - "You are not log-in" , all you have to do is download "mozilla firefox browser" here http://www.mozilla.com/products/download.html?product=firefox-2.0&os=win〈=en-US after you installed mozilla, try again our ranCP site
